Bayram Aliyev is a PhD researcher in Political Science and International Relations at Nakhchivan State University. He completed his master’s studies at the University of Siegen in Germany, within the international interdisciplinary Roads to Democracy(ies) program. His research focuses on Turkish foreign and domestic politics, the South Caucasus, the Eurasian region, and Russia. He is fluent in both English and Turkish, and has strong reading skills in Russian.
